Thanks for visiting my blog! I’m new at this so bare with me! I discovered ZUMBA in 2008 when I was looking for a fun way to get some exercise and get back into shape after our 2nd child was born.
I’m not much of a fan of regular, regimented and boring exercise and what I love about ZUMBA is that it’s fun and makes me feel fantastic! I lost 55 pounds within a few months by going to 2 – 3 ZUMBA classes per week. I didn’t change much else about my lifestyle initially and was amazed how fun it was to burn so many calories!
